Good lighting is the cheapest renovation there is — and the most botched. We plan the layout, cut clean, install IC-rated LED housings that meet California Title 24, and leave you with dimmers that actually dim. Licensed electricians, not a handyman with a hole saw.

Buried junction boxes are illegal. Every splice stays accessible — we don't leave connections sealed in your ceiling to fail invisibly.
Insulation contact is a fire question. Non-IC housings buried in attic insulation cook themselves. We install IC-rated, airtight cans that are built for it.
Flicker is a compatibility problem. LED flicker almost always traces to a mismatched dimmer. We pair trims and dimmers that are tested together — and it's covered by our workmanship warranty.
